Netcommerce UK Ltd license various entities worldwide under a license agreement to use its Intellectual Property which includes the web application. The site is split into 3 distinct legal entities over 3 countries. The content of the site is supplied by an offshore content service provider that has an exclusive contract to supply content. The service provider advertises in various print and online media worldwide and invite the public, rental estate agents and portfolio managers through various campaigns to list their rental properties on the site.
